Racine man charged after selling heroin to Racine County Metro Drug Unit

jailbars Kevin M Francois, 31 of Racine has been charged with two counts of felony Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g), misdemeanor Operating While Revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), and three counts of Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. He was given a $750 cash bond after making his initial appearance Tuesday June 17th in Racine Circuit Courts.

According to the criminal complaint, during an investigation by the Racine County Metro Drug unit, the defendant sold heroin on two different occasions weighing 1.1 grams. On May 31st Racine County Sheriff’s Deputies observed the defendant driving, upon learning his license was revoked the Deputy initiated a traffic stop and the party was taken into custody. When interviewed by investigator, the defendant allegedly told them he was middling the deals and had been for a long time.
